Descripción
The Hobgoblin is heading toward Fisk Tower, seeking out the Kingpin. Tossing a pumpkin bomb at the building, he blasts his way in and cuts through the guards. Suddenly, the Arranger comes out tells the Hobgoblin that the Kingpin is otherwise occupied. However, the Hobgoblin isn’t interested in dealing with the Kingpin’s lackey, but the Arranger tells him that there is protocol to follow. Inviting the Hobgoblin into his office, the masked villain warns the remaining guards to shoot him while his back is turned if they want to take their chances, they wisely choose not to. The Hobgoblin is furious because the Kingpin has blacklisted him from assassination contracts and demands to know why. Arranger explains that the Hobgoblin is a fool and the fact that he killed his predecessor and stole his identity was not a means of getting respect. However, the Arranger decides to give the Hobgoblin a chance with a test and orders him to kill Spider-Man. The Hobgoblin agrees to the plan as the Arranger summons Tombstone into the room. He then has Tombstone unceremoniously toss the Hobgoblin out the window. As he falls to the streets below, the Hobgoblin summons his Goblin Glider, which swoops in and saves him in the nick of time. Flying back up to the window, the Hobgoblin vows that he will come back and kill the Arranger when he is finished destroying Spider-Man.
