Investigating a tip of an illegal arms shipment, Spider-Man tracks the moving truck carrying the weapons on FDR Drive on the East Side of Manhattan. When he lands on the roof of the truck, his landing alerts the guards inside who begin opening fire. Spider-Man dodges the bullets and swings around to the front of the vehicle and knocks out the driver with a single punch. Taking control of the vehicle, the wall-crawler steers the truck off the highway and brings it to a stop. When the gunmen come out of the back, Spider-Man webs them up. Questioning them, he learns that these men are gathering weapons to go to war against the Kingpin and that they are going to attack at midnight. Leaving the gangsters for the authorities, Spider-Man finds a payphone and calls the Arranger to inform him that his tip was correct and that the Lobo Brothers are gearing up to attack at midnight. When the Arranger asks how he should explain this to the Kingpin, Spider-Man tells him that it is his problem, all he is interested in is preventing a gang war and hangs up the phone. Walking to the Kingpin’s office, the Arranger thought about how he was responsible for the Lobo Brother’s vendetta after he brainwashed the Punisher into attacking them but failed to do so.
